Beth has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She has trained and taught group exercise classes at Blakeney Racquet Club, the YMCA and the Ballantyne Country Club. Her workouts incorporate functional fitness training, core stability and mobility training, HIIT training, metabolic and strength conditioning and she is a weight management specialist. If you are ready to get back to a gym routine, Beth can design a program for you. She will hold you accountable, challenge you, educate you and improve your physical and mental health. And in addition to all that, you will thoroughly enjoy spending time with Beth - her positive energy is a breath of fresh air.
